The machine derives its name from the pillow-like shape of the finished packages. Using a continuous roll of film, it automatically forms a tube around the product, seals the longitudinal seam, cuts and seals the transverse ends, and delivers individually wrapped items ready for distribution

Built-in product mis-cut prevention and empty-bag detection systems automatically identify and reject improperly filled products, minimizing material waste and protecting the sealing mechanism. Multiple automatic alarm and protection functions further reduce operational losses.
