How It Works

• 1. Product Feeding & Grouping

• Intelligent PLC control system with user-friendly touch screen

  Products are loaded onto the infeed conveyor and automatically grouped according to your packaging configuration (e.g., 2×2, 2×3, or 3×4 multipacks). The machine supports both straight feeding (inline) and side feeding (90-degree) configurations

• 2. Sleeve Wrapping

  As the grouped products move forward, shrink film is drawn from upper and lower film rolls and wrapped around the product bundle. The sleeve is sealed and cut—either by a sealing bar (standard models) or through a seamless, no-sealing-bar design (high-speed models) that enables continuous motion wrapping

• 3. Shrink Tunnel

  The sleeve-wrapped bundle enters the heat shrink tunnel where circulating hot air evenly heats the film, causing it to shrink tightly around the product bundle. The tunnel features cyclic hot air circulation for even heat distribution and energy efficiency.

• 4. Cooling & Discharge

  Cooling fans at the tunnel exit rapidly cool the packaged products, setting the film firmly. Finished multipacks are discharged via conveyor for downstream processing, palletizing, or shipping.
